REGISTER HEREWhy “Shifting Left”?
Shifting Left was inspired by an approach in Software Development Lifecycle where testing is performed early in the software development lifecycle.
We have held several Localhost Meetups and Conference since 2018, at a time when DevOps was not very popular in Nigeria, we have been able to break the barriers to knowledge around what DevOps is and what its not.Now we want to use our knowledge and understanding of how things should work to make improve the Devops culture and practices amongst organizations in Nigeria and across Africa, as a result of this, we will be inviting thought leaders from all over the world to come and share with us the “Shift Left” mentality across the followings core tenets:
- Continuous Everything (Integration, Delivery, Deployment)
- Infrastructure Design and Orchestration
- Observability
- Security
- Container Orchestration
- Resilience EngineeringAI, ML and DataOps
We are open to different talks around these areas that show how organization can have a shift in mentality from a reactive to proactive DevOps culture
